A source of ManpowerGroup Vietnam said the group is recruiting more than 1,000 associates as electronic component assemblers, warehouse workers, and fashion sellers under various types of employment contracts such as temporary, project-based, long-term, short-term, and paid internships.
It’s operations in the North of Vietnam are capable for one-time transition up to 3,000 employees from our clients, while all HR procedures can be completed within a month. The group is able to operate this by our extremely agile service team to take over and manage such large volumes. For recruitment, its HR representative said we can place up to 800 people a month for one project. Apart from that, during 2020, we have also provided paid internships to 1,200 students, enabling them to prepare well for their future career with potential employers."
The contingent workforce now comprises up to 57 per cent of Vietnam’s total workforce of over 57.5 million people. They prefer flexible work like temporary, part-time, service contract, and project-based arrangements. With the above-mentioned job roles, Manpower associates can earn an average monthly income from VND7 million ($305) to VND10 million ($435) apart from many other incentives such as commuting, housing allowance, and quarterly bonuses.
